Through Fate Foods we have catered for 100’s of private functions including intimate private dining up to 150 plus people for weddings.
I’ve always dreamed of owning my own restaurant or catering company so to do it with my beautiful wife is just a dream come.”

“I’m an executive chef with 35 years of experience gained in owned restaurants around the world.
Miami, Thailand, and Cairns (Australia) are some of the places where I have opened restaurants used to work in large restaurants as well, I have managed kitchens for up to 500 people. I currently work and manage a restaurant in Estepona but work as a private chef with Fate Foods. I specialise in Italian fish cuisine, and Caribbean and international cuisine in general.
Specialised in show cooking (watch me on FB) I offer my guests a unique experience with my kitchen but also with the show of seeing all the dishes prepared in front of them. I like working with Fate Foods as they are very transparent and we work very well together.”
